Industrial Accidents

A wide variety of industrial machines are in use today.  How they are used and the techniques for safe operation are addressed in various literature and have evolved over time.  Today the requirements for workplace safety and equipment operation are established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA.

The analysis of an industrial accident must include a thorough and appropriate evaluation of the equipment in use, the accounts of the incident and an understanding of how the equipment was used and maintained.
